Cancellation policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please contact us 24 hours or before your appointment date if you have to cancel or reschedule. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time, you will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the price without any exceptio
If you are using a voucher/certificate (Tippr/Yelp/BuyWithMe etc.), it will be forfeited.
In case of no-show without contacting us, we cannot take your future appointment any more unless you agree with advance payment for your next appointment. When you are running a little late for your appointment time, please call us before your appointment time. If you are late more than 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled and counted as no-show. Please make sure to call us before you rush to head to us, so that we are able to tell you what we can do for you then. Please also let us know when you are coming in early more than 15 minutes. Lavilash's policy may be very strict since our schedule is usually very tight (especially after 5). We appreciate your kind understanding for punctuality very much.
Other request from LAVILASH
No food, no coffee or soda from outside. No chewing gum or talking on the phone during procedure. No picture taking or bystanders. (no boyfriend or girlfriend, sister, daughter etc. waiting for you.) This procedure is very special and LAVILASH would like to keep it discreet. If you have to bring someone who is not receiving treatment at LAVILASH, please make sure to let us know.
